If a guest prefers payment by credit card, Paypal will be used with a 2.9% surcharge added. No damage deposit is required, however a credit card (Visa or MC) number will be requested at the time of booking regardless of method of payment to be used in case of damage. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
