balconies. The gourmet kitchen includes a large island,
built-in wine refrigerator, and breakfast bar. The
Dining area has large table that comfortably seats 8
plus a bar that seats 3. The Living area has 50" plasma
with dvd, vcr & sound system, plus a small table that
will accomodate 2. There is also a second Living area
with 20" LCD TV & sleeper sofa.
Located at the intersection of CR 393 and Scenic Hwy
30-A, beach access is directly across the road via Ed
Walline State Park. Parking, Picnic Tables and clean
restroom facilities are available. Lifeguards are also on
duty during the day.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with private bath &
27" LCD TV. The second guest room has a Queen bed
with 20" LCD TV. The third guest room has 2 doubles
also with 20" plasma tv.
This property is superbly enhanced with beautiful
landscaping, lush gardens, private heated (during
Spring) swimming pool and more including: Unlimited

If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form and receive 3.5% discount. Credit cards accepted.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance. Travel Insurance is 6.5% of total. For questions concerning travel insurance, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839.
